Reimagining what’s possible based on what knits us together.

Hello! My name is Chavie. I am a relational designer, researcher, and strategist working in healthcare and the social sector to make a difference where it matters most.

Drawing on a multidisciplinary background spanning 10+ years, I have focused on addressing disparities related to social determinants of health (the conditions in which we are born, live, learn, work, play, and age) through direct patient service, business, and strategy.

Now I apply that expertise to help organizations develop more equitable programs, services, and systems using human-centered and community-based design.

I believe people closest to the challenge or opportunity should be engaged meaningfully in design and decision making as experts in their own lived experience.

My practice recognizes connections between people, place, and purpose to co-create vision and align actions for sustainable change.
